This Easy Breakfast Casserole is sure to be a hit in your home. It is the perfect meal for any time of day. I usually make this recipe for dinner because I love breakfast for dinner nights in our home. (I always make extra so we can have some for breakfast the next day. It’s quick, easy, delicious, and my picky eater toddler scoffs it down! (This recipe is even better with fresh spinach or mushrooms and your favorite cheese)
Do you know what it’s like dealing with a picky toddler? I feel like I have constant anxiety that my little man isn’t going to get the nutrition he needs.
