Apple “Cookies” | Healthy Toddler Snack

Check out these delicious Apple "Cookies". They are a healthy snack you can eat yourself or make for your kids. It has been a total hit with both my three and one year old, and its one that I know won't keep me up all night with mom guilt. Yes Mom guilt; It's a thing! And I know i'm not the only one who suffers from it.

As many of you may already know, I have some pretty picky eaters on my hands. If you didn't, the struggle is totally real and you can read some of my tips with dealing with it here.

This recipe is super easy and incredibly yummy.

Ingredients
  1. Apple
  2. Peanut Butter
  3. Chocolate Chips
  4. Dried Cranberries
Instructions
  1. Cut the apple into thin slices
  2. Spread Peanut Butter on each slice
  3. sprinkle chocolate chips & cranberries
  4. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Chia Mini Muffins

Hey guys! It’s been forever! Life has completely taken over and I have been so extremely busy that this pregnancy has been flying by! This past week, I decided to make my little one a treat and they actually came out so good, I had to share them with ya’ll. He has a little sweet tooth as do I so I decided to make something we both could indulge in. These are mini Chocolate Chip Chia Muffins made with Vanilla yogurt and I would like to give you a warning. [They are addicting!]
