Are any of your other Messy Haired Moms out there sick of doing loads and loads of dishes everyday? I do at least two loads A DAY and there’s only three of us. I am always trying to find new ways to cut back on doing so many dishes and this recipe was perfect for that! I call these Blender Bottle Pancakes! A few months back, I had a goal to get in really good shape. Of course as soon as I joined a gym i found out I was pregnant the next week. I know you can work out while pregnant, but already not being much of an exerciser, I was afraid to put too much strain on my body. (maybe that was just my excuse) I bought two 28 oz blender bottles off Amazon for protein shakes. My husband still uses them at least once a day, but I wanted to find some kind of use for them at home other than my chocolate milk making addiction.
This recipe is Cal’s favorite. It’s great to eat alone or add it to Oatmeal Cereal to add a boost of flavor for your little one’s breakfast. After making a big batch of this, I use my Wilton Silicone Brownie Mold from Amazon to make perfect portions to freeze.
“Apples and Oatmeal, they’re so yummy, we love them in our tummy, they’re made by my Mummy, Apples and Oatmeal. “
We sing this every time we eat this for breakfast! This is a really quick and easy breakfast for your little one that is packed with flavor for his little taste buds! This recipe takes about 3 minutes to make (perfect when you have a screaming baby demanding his food 😉 ) This is by far Cal’s favorite breakfast!
The reason why I call this “Cinnebon” puree isn’t because i took a bunch of cinnemon buns and pureed them and gave them to my 7 month old…. It’s because it tastes just like cinnamon buns (Jesse won’t stop eating it every time he feeds it to Cal) This is Cal’s favorite thing to eat right now, and I don’t really blame him!
