Check out these delicious Apple "Cookies". They are a healthy snack you can eat yourself or make for your kids. It has been a total hit with both my three and one year old, and its one that I know won't keep me up all night with mom guilt. Yes Mom guilt; It's a thing! And I know i'm not the only one who suffers from it.

This recipe is super easy and incredibly yummy.
- Peanut Butter
- Chocolate Chips
- Dried Cranberries
- Cut the apple into thin slices
- Spread Peanut Butter on each slice
- sprinkle chocolate chips & cranberries
